Comfortable Accommodations: Choose from four thoughtfully-appointed bedrooms. The main floor boasts a queen bedroom with access to a shared deck, as well as a room with built-in bunk beds that sleep four. Upstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom and a luxurious master suite with a king bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Entertainment: Kick back and relax in the spacious living areas equipped with large flat-screen TVs and board games, perfect for cozy nights in with loved ones.

Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning views from the balconies, or hang out and BBQ on the ground level. Ample parking for four vehicles ensures convenience for all guests.

Terramar Community: Take advantage of the neighborhood amenities, including a community pool, pavilion, disc golf area, and marina with a boat launch. The beach is just a short golf cart drive away, providing easy access to sun, sand, and surf.

No pets allowed at the home.

Main level: Large open floor plan with kitchen and living room with deck access and bay views, Shared hall bathroom with shower; Bedroom with a Queen bed, TV, and second covered deck access; Bunk Bed Room with built in full over full bunk beds, TV, and second deck access.

Second level: Landing area with living space including couch and TV, access to 3rd balcony; Bathroom with shower; Washer and Dryer; Bedroom with queen bed and TV; Master Bedroom with en suite that includes soaking tub and walk in shower, private balcony access, seating area and TV.

Location: 1 miles to the Beach; 18.5 miles to 61st Street; 21.4 miles to 25th and Strand; 17.5 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
